Our Group Training Program is an efficient and fun way to get a Body of Learning quality workout in a group dynamic. Our group programs sessions; Body of Strength, Body of HIIT and Body of Booty running 6 days a week, multiple times a day.
BODY OF STRENGTH
Focused on building and maintaining upper body, core, hip stability and overall muscle strengthening. Using strength circuit training in combination with power lifting, functional training, kettlebells, and yoga.
BODY OF STRENGTH: ARMS + ABS
Focusing on sculpting, toning and strengthening arms and abs with a variety of different exercises. A strong core is essential and beneficial to increase strength and stability in other workouts.
BODY OF HIIT
Proven to burn fat during and up to 24-48 hours after the workout. This 50-min High Intense Interval Training (HIIT) consisting of upbeat, 3 dimensional and low impact exercises for all levels.
BODY OF BOOTY
One hour session of building, toning and tightening the booty and the muscles surround the hips using the combination of bands, squats, kettlebell hip thrusters, deadlifts cables and more.
BODY OF PERFORMANCE
For High School aged athletes (14-18) and youth kids (12-14). The program is designed to replicate training methods of the NCAA, D1 sports and Pro Training programs. Using functional training and 3-Dimensional movement to create an exceptional bigger, faster and stronger athlete.
A one on one personal program with one of our Body of Learning Certified Personal Trainer. Our trainers are experienced, knowledgeable and passionate about health and fitness. With our expertise, we will work with you to design customized training program fitting your needs, interest and goals.
