There is a 30-day cancellation on all contracts. If a client would like to end their contract, termination can be done 30-days from notification.

All changes to membership contracts, must be communicated to gym management prior to the 15th of that month for the coming month. If changes are requested after the 15th, then membership adjustments will be made for the following month.

Late fees are in place for all Saturday classes at Body of Learning. If clients cancel their reservation outside of the cancellation window, then a $15 fee will be charged to the credit card on file in association to their MindBody account.

These fees are only in place to protect the clients at Body of Learning. Due to a high volume of attendance on Saturdays, the late fee helps staff properly manage the class, while also allowing other members to take advantage of the waitlist policy.
